I have been in the US Marine Corps, a uniformed police officer, and federal agent for over 25 years. Sifu Evangelos is an amazingly talented practitioner and teacher. In 2016, I earned my level one black belt certificate. I have trained in various martial arts and various lineages of Wing Chun over the years, and I have found that Sifu Evangelos’ philosophical approach to Wing Chun is the most effective.
I began and continue weekly training with Sifu Evangelos by private lessons in Jan of 2017 and currently am an instructor under him today. His understanding of the applications of Wing Chun and its intricacies are unparalleled. Sifu Evangelos has a gift for sharing what he has learned over the years and is more than willing to do so. The way he takes a student, whether a beginner or a seasoned fighter, through the ends and outs of Wing Chun are truly fascinating.
I have been learning Wing Chun since 2019. Right from the beginning I realized the energy increase and the mood uplift. Nowadays I enjoy my training and I increasingly become more confident in myself and in my Wing Chun skills. I am also more focused and much faster when tackling a task of any kind in my daily life. I am happy to be part of Sifu Evangelos school and look forward to my journey in becoming a master myself.
